ok ok ok, i was wondering why cant i post pictures. It keeps saying something about 7 DAYS what does this mean and THIS IS A REAL QUESTION!

| It helps prevent spam and such. You should PM an admin or moderator about this. I clearly don't know the real answer. But I know one of the reasons is helping prevent spam like off-topic links and pictures | |
