Hi guys! I am doing a witchme series it will be a drama series...
If ya wanna be in it you can come on later for tryouts...

Series title is Cast a Spell
Auditions will be next week on Monday at 6:00pm eastern time

No you can't. I'm pretty sure the last thing that the police would care about is some kid complaining that their youtube series was redone (like basically everything these days) by another user. There's no copyright infringement there.

Mariam you know when YouTube means copyright it means from television shows and other stuff. A lot of people make the same series. So it isn't really against the rules of youtube. Plus the ideas don't belong to anyone actually I think. But its jot really consider copyright.

I was thinking of changing the name of the series to something else

It depends if your movie has a similarity to certain other videos, if not,
then it's up to you if you want to name it that.

Yeah I agree with Artemis, if it is not similar to another series, that doesn't count as copyright

Dude. There's television shows that are a series. Not just a Fantage series or a Witchme series. The one who's being "copied" is probably the first person in the world to actually come up with a series. Fantage and Witchme are two different things.

I dont even know who this OwOcookie person is but I'm pretty sure you are not stealing her ideas. She probably wasn't the first person to come up with those ideas I bet.

Okay, woah. Lol, you're saying she's copying this OwOcookie person just because of the same name, or am I mistaken? If that's so, there are so many series/videos/movies/etc. that have the same titles as one another. Also, imo, the title isn't very "original" either, so it'd be easy for another person to think of a similar, or in this case, the same title.
